TERMS AND AGREEMENTS

Returns and Exchanges
No refunds or exchanges are accepted for books, videos, used, worn or clearance items. Exchanges will only be made on items still in brand-new condition. Merchandise must be returned within 7 days of delivery. Be sure to include a copy of the invoice and a letter with the exchange information.
Payment
Payments can be made by money order, cashier's check (pay to Kim's Sports), Visa, Mastercard or Discover. No cash is accepted. Credit card orders will not be billed until merchandise is shipped.
Shipping and Handling
All orders will be shipped within 48 hours excluding backorder items and custom-embroidered products.
WARNING
Users of Kim's Sports products assume all risk of injury. All weapons should be used under expert supervision. Sharp swords, knives, stars and nunchakus (excluding foam) will not be sold to minors. NO weapons will be sold to NY, CA, NJ, MA or where prohibited by law.
